My best times for making headjoints are during the summer and over Christmas break. While I can make a few heads during the school year, I usually get a rush of orders in August and January just when I've run out of time to make them.

This has proven to be wishful thinking. Every year or two I do manage to
get caught up, but lately I've been more involved performing and teaching while
the number of orders has also gone up. If you do want a headjoint, by all
means let me know. I will eventually get it made, but as of the moment, I
don't dare promise a delivery date. I hate to keep people waiting, but it
is probably best to think in terms of years rather than months. During the
summer of 2006 2007 I intend to invest in more up-to-date machinery
to improve both
